Ok. But it *is* still an issue in one case: when notification appears while
dashboard is on - in this case panel is not being shown, but popupPosition()
still takes its height into account, so notification widget looks like it's
floating in the air above bottom of the screen.
But I tend to think that this is a bug in popupPosition(), is it?

Hmm. And what about left/right? I should draw top+bottom edges rounded?
