Adding Phonon-VLC and Phonon-Mplayer to EBN

Hey Allen,

following our short discussion on IRC the other day, could you please
add Phonon-VLC and Phonon-Mplayer to EBN? The repository locations are
here:

http://gitorious.org/phonon/phonon-mplayer


Ideally this would go into the "kdesupport" component, just like
phonon-git is now.
