about the phonon module compile

I found I can't compile the Phonon module seperate without QT4.4. I modified the source of phonon ,but when i entered the src/phonon/ ,then Make, it only compiled the source in src/3rdparty/kdelibs/phonon/. 
   
  I want to compiled the whole Phonon module including src/3rdparty/kdelibs/ & src/3rdparty/kdebase/runtime/phonon/...  how to do ?  Maybe I could compile all Qt4.4. ?
