Again about this patch.
I've talked with Ricardo Villalba <rvm at escomposlinux.org> and he has
accepted to change the license of the original code so that this patch
can be included inside Phonon.
The original MySlider.cpp license has been changed by Ricardo to the
LGPLv2.1+ cf:

So I resubmit the patch for inclusion inside Phonon with the new
license statement which is now exactly the same as the Phonon license.

I've tested the code under Qt 4.4.3/Windows XP (MSVC 2005 & 2008) and
under Linux (GCC 4.2.3). The original code (MySlider.cpp) inside
SMPlayer has been working fine for over six months now.
