[patches] for windows/msvc

Here are two patches:

phonon.pro.diff : forces msvc to drop the DBUS-specific stuff (seems 
indispensable)
mediacontroller.cpp.diff: fixes some macro preprocessor warnings

phonon now compiles well with msvc2005 (after replacing the names of the 
moc-generated cpp files).
