I set the excercise / lesson settings, that I want to block vocabulary at
certain stages of learning (it might be related to the bug).

I use a file with 5 lessons / 350 vocabularies. 

Bug description:
Starting practice mode. Vocabulary that have reached the stage where they
should be blocked are probably blocked correctly, I will be asked ~100 out of
350 vocabs.

After answering a few vocabularies, all of the sudden the vocab counter starts
to run, it jumps a lot of vocabs and then stops running (after 15-20 vocabs,
maybe more.
It continues with normal operation afterwards, like i just entered the vocabs
with light speed. All skipped vocabs are counted as answered correctly, the
summary at the end of the practice run indicates that.
