[Parley-devel] file name in top wIndow bar

Hi,

my personal opinion is that for bugs or feature requests bugzilla works best 
as you can actually see whether something is still opened or closed and search 
for open issues etc, but if you want to start a discussion on something or 
have questions, the mailing list is the place to go.
