I have a very similar problem but I can't enter a synonym or antonym at all.
That means if I double-click on the synonym or antonym column nothing happens
at all. It works with all the other columns like "example" or "comment".

I'm using Arch Linux.
Version 0.9.2-svn
Using KDE 4.3.3 (KDE 4.3.3)
