[Parley-devel] translatoid

Hi Sacha :)
good to hear from you.

I had this thought before. The only problem I see is that this would make the 
translatoid depend on libkdeedu most likely.
The possibility is great since then you could start practicing the words you 
didn't know before in Parley for example :)

To use the lib the basic idea is to create a KEduVocDocument and start adding 
words to it.
You can catch me on irc (my nick is fregl) so we can discuss if it's worth it.
Also you can take the parley plasmoid as example. That one only reads from the 
lib but should get you started.
