Sorry for that bad "backtrace".
Thanks for the link! I should have read it earlier.

Parley didn't crash again, when I added an entry to the word type "male noun".
So I created a new language file with no entry and clicked on the "gender of
nouns" button again. Then parley crashed again.

Here is the bracktrace. I'm sorry, I don't know what to strip down at it, so I
pasted the whole one:
