the yeah, confusing :( difference is that i would need if an image is present 
in the current theme, imagePath searches also in the default theme
i know it could break part of the theme transparency, maybe should be 
implemented some kind of different fallback in the theme, like
i want "widgets/burp" if you don't have it i'll take "widgets/background"
