I've switched my KDE4 to french language, and some strings are still in english:

 - The string "User <my user> on <my machine>" in the K menu;
 - In the K menu, tab "Applications", the 1st line of the menu is "All Applications";
 - The "logout", "turn off" and "restart" labels in the logout panel on Kickoff;
 - In the trashbin widget, the "empty" string when the trash is...empty... :-)
