atm as we talked an evening on irc it falls back to standard background of the
used theme, so if the theme don't provide that image or if doesn't need to it
still looks consistent, wasn't sure if making it transparent would be
overkill and not good for certain themes.
atm it's done in a rather ugly way, a cleaner way would be by adding a
function to plasma::theme

probably a bit late to adding things to the api btw
but i really think it should be some fallback mechanism to elements of certain
theme, not sure and still thinking how to do it in a clean way also for theme
creators, but i really think it could resolve some problem related to the
increasing need of elements ->complexity, but don't have concrete things
(still)
