[Bug 162621] Changing the icon theme crashed KDE and causes K-Menu/Kickoff icon to be displayed dark on mouseover instead of bright.

Little correction: In fact every icon, including the trashcan, show this behaviour as well if placed on the panel. Same for Logout/Shutoff Plasmoid, regardless where it's placed
