i vote fot the clock at the right, mostly because the changing size of the
systray makes the clock to dance and it's weeeeird:)
for the theme, it was designed to make the systray and the taskbar to look
more or less an unique thing, now i don't know if keeping the two things near
would create some kind of confusion, it could be, but looks really better
