showdesktop in kdereview, proposed move into extragear

Hi Loïc,

Did you try putting MinimizeAll in the panel? We are several people having a 
huge CPU load when MinimizeAll is in the panel. So this issue is to tackle 
because it's quite bad.
I don't have kdereveiw to check ShowDesktop but I hope it doe snot do the 
same.

I agree with the change of names.
