converter runner

[Petri Damstén]

Hi,

I just read "[Reminder] move everything out of review." and checked that 
converter runner is still in kdereview (It's been there for two months with 
contacts runner). I haven't read any objections so is it ok to just move it 
to extragear or should I ask first here (well now I'm asking)?
