[PATCH] Make shutdown dialog text use theme color.

This patch makes the shutdown dialog use the text
color from the current plasma theme. This fixes text
colors that conflict with the shutdowndialog.svg used
by the currently selected theme.

The shutdowndialog background is not correctly
responding to theme changes but that could be
addressed in a separate patch.

Ok to commit?
