we don't have a clean way to modify svg right now, so adjusting the size of borders would be feasible (but only for pure svg themes, for instance the current default theme is not)
but color the svg in a clean way it's just not feasible
when it will be feasible woud be easyer to do themes that follow system colors,
but making another config option don't make much sense
