i'm building now, will test extensively today ... 

what's next on your krunner agenda? personally, i'm going to move all the 
runner related classes into a subdirectory in libplasma to keep them 
together.

there was a note on the wiki in the API review area about changing the name of 
some of the classes so they all started with Runner; i'm still mulling it 
over to decide whether or not i like that, tbh =)
