Yes, the border got in. The problem with the border is that it is not like 
anything on the rest of the desktop. I mean, is not consistent.

The background hover color depends on the used color scheme, and also depends 
on the style. The border colors were depending on the color scheme, right, 
but this patch gives the menu more consistency visuall with the rest of the 
desktop from my POV.
