I can confirm this bug. Its basically that the panels digital clock applet doesnt resize when you resize the panel. The bottom of the applet will then show up at the top of the screen. I would think that other applets could have the same problem. Heres some screenshots.

Right click on top with normal panel size:

With the tiny panel size you can notice the problem easily.

Im using the latest KDE 4 Kubuntu 8.04 64 bit distro
