[PATCH] Re: Applet positions

Here is the patch for keeping the relative placement of items when items 
change their sizes in FreeLayout.

You can test it using the twitter, hard disk monitor and the dictionary applet 
since those applets change their sizes predictably while changing their 
settings (or when entering a word into dict applet)

I haven't used the exponential version mentioned before since the linear 
version handles very well (IMHO). 

Test it, and speak your mind :)
