GSoC: command and get obeyed ! + draft

I have corrected some orthographic mistakes.
I'm taking a look to the code to be able to write some more detailed tasks.

The more I think about this, the more it seems like a human interface
problem and "not do the unexpected" than a technological problem.

For instance, automatically run krunner on the clipboard contents.
Technologically, it can be as easy as when krunner appears on screen just
call QClipboard::text() and put the contents in the line edit as selected
(so any keypress will delete it).
The problem is that I am not sure if this will be annoying to the users or
no.

I plan to make it as detailed as time allows and send it this Friday.
So please, any comment will be welcomed!
