Summary: the size of the task bar is not remembered, I have to
change it from normal to tiny every time I log in.
           Product: plasma
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: panel-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: srikrishanmalik yahoo co in

Version: (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: I am using precompiled packages , so not sure about the version of compiler used.
OS: Linux

The default size of Taskbar is"normal", this was too big for me so I changed it to "tiny" it worked...but when I logged out and logged in again the size of taskbar was "normal". It seems that the settings are not saved. I have to change the size everytime I log in.

Taskbar = plasma panel(i think), which contains the kick off menu, sys tray, window list etc etc.

Also, kde does not remember the widgets I add to my desktop by clicking the icon on upper right hand side of the screen.
The widgets disappear when I logout and login again.
