I really don't want another mailinglist. Perfect for me is to have everything 
in the panel-devel folder. 

The people who are not yet on this list should subscribe. I'm also asking 
myself how people that don't even follow this mailinglist (or don't want to) 
can be part of the Plasma meeting. So just subscribe the individuals in 
question to this list (it's transparant for them! ;-)) so they also get to 
know other who work on plasma a bit.

So I really DO NOT WANT a temporary mailinglist. It would mean that I have to 
unsubscribe from another ML because I simply can't handle that administrative 
stuff at some point. My sieve file is already far too long.
