Plasma themes to add to extragear

Heron and Ozone are also really nice. maybe emailing their authors and seeing 
if they are interested in having them hosted in extragear would be cool.

which reminds me ... i need to convert Plasma::Theme over to using 
Plasma::Package, don't i? =)
