This needs to be customizable, but I can't think of how it would be done, w/o making some modification to how menus are handled. I guess that you could do this by setting the menus as separate executables, making the Plasmoid act a a loose wrapper on top of it, and allowing the desktop right-click action to run commands. I may be completely off balance, but this would allow for people to use their favorite menu.
