Hi

I'd like to volunteer myself for this task if no one better comes
along. Although I am actually some of the time a coder, I have a lot
of time to kill where my only computer access is an ancient win 2k box
with 150mb disk quota, which is not very conducive to coding ;), so
collating this information would be an idea way to spend that time,
since it doesn't make very heavy demands of computing power!

I've been lurking around pannel-devel for a while so I reckon i've
seen quite a lot of the information that your thinking of go past and
disappear into the archives.

The only problem is that my timezone is UTC+8 so the IRC meeting time
suggested by Chani is not ideal...

Hope I can be helpful in some way.
