May I propose the following (admittedly self-interested) patches:
- Task item theming (tasks.svg).
- SvgPanel center tiling ("hint-tile-center").
- Svg colorization support.
- Plasma::Theme updates on system color change.
- Alpha-masking for opaque dialog backgrounds.
