Description of problem:
I start the KDE Display settings tool on my laptop. It correctly shows the
External monitor and the LVDS settings. However, when I make a change e.g.
change the resolution of the external monitor from 1024x768 to 1280x1024, the
Apply button stays grey and unclickable

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start KDE4
2. Start settings application and click the Display icon.
3. In the Display tool make a change. 
4. Apply button does not become active.
