my main concern is in the distribution of code that we need to look out for 
the safety of the users. since the plasmoids themselves contain code, i don't 
feel comfortable tieing plasma's Add Widgets dialog into a feed that anyone 
can add to; we relaly need a moderated feed for these things imho
