I tried another thing:
Changed from
Section "ServerFlags"
    Option         "Xinerama" "1"
EndSection 

to 

Section "ServerFlags"
    Option         "Xinerama" "0"
EndSection 

Now everything works fine, EXCEPT the DUAL SCREEN.
And hence agreeing that it is a problem with xinerama.
