moving runners from playground

Hi Teemu, Petry and Ryan (and plasma gang)...

i've been running krunner with your runners for probably a month now and they 
all seem to work rather nicely. i've fixed a few issues in them since i've 
been usign them, but very little had to be done.

i'm wondering if you would be interested in moving your runners into 
kde-review for the 2 week review period (so that others can look; i'm 
satisfied with them myself =) and then ultimately to extragear?

i can do the svn mv'ing into kdereview/plasma/runners/ if you'd like, but 
you'd be welcome to do so yourself as well.

personally, i'd love to see these in 4.1. it would also give our krunner SoC 
student more to work with should he get approved.
