The Trash Applets dependancy on konq_operations.h causes problems now that it is in kdebase.

Howdy,

With the move of the trash applet to kdebase, the requirement of
konq_operations.h no longer is viable.  kdebase-workspace and
kdebase-apps need to be capable of being pacakaged completely separate
from one another, and if kdebase-apps is not installed on the system,
konq_operations.h is not installed, and kdebase-workspace fails
building.  This breaks any new compilations.

I'm not sure the proper way to fix it, so this is just a general heads
up/poke at you Marco :)
