Quirky toolbar layout in Konqueror when launched from KRunner

On 4.0.83 (= Beta 2), the behavior has changed: All three buttons do now
actually fire up a Konqueror window (at least in most cases: the "Run
konqueror" button fails in about two of five attempts, without any notice).

The "Run konqueror" and "Konqueror: Web browser" buttons launch Konquerors with
the normal toolbar layout, but the "Konqueror" button opens a Konqueror with a
very quirky toolbar layout. (See attached screenshot.) I do not know whether
this bug is still related to KRunner, it seems to me that these points are
Konqueror's fault. I'll ask kfm-devel ML to take a look at this.
