I think i'm still having this bug.
I've just updated my KDE SVN and everytime i change the focus of a window, the memory usage increases. It happens with and without desktop effects.

My Video Card: nVidia GeForce GO 6150
My Video Drivers: nVidia drivers 173.14.09
