[More feature v. bug noise]

The dialog over whether this is a feature request or a bug IMO is not "useless noise".  Rather it holds attention to the problem and demonstrates the demand for a fix.  Developers will ultimately decide if the problem is an actual bug or not, but the importance of the dialog need not be ignored.  For what it's worth, I also consider the absence of this feature a bug and hope to see the feature implemented soon.
