It is not a regression because plasma is a complete new program (it's not kicker). So it is a missing feature. But this whole discussion is completely irrelevant to the developer so let's stick to helping out implementing it. It's not important for implementation to consider this a bug or a missing feature.

I just put myself into CC to get info about when it is fixed. But currently people are creating totally useless noise argueing about whether this is a "feature" or "bugfix". :-(
