How to reproduce:
- Open Desktop Settings from the desktop RMB menu.
- Click on one of the the special pull-down menus (Picture or Theme).
-> In about 80% of the cases the pull-down menu appears and immediately disappears again.

If selected with Tab and opened with Space, the pull-down menus always open normally. Perhaps some race condition between event handlers?
