I've tried it, the binary clock is in foreground... 
Whenever I add a new plasmoid this is placed over the last one.

 Maciej, are you trying to report this: «When plasmoids are added with double-click or via "Add Widget" button from the "add widget" dialog, them should be tiled» ?
