I'm using the 4.0.82 packages provided by openSUSE for 11.0. When I enter "konqueror" in KRunner and choose the appearing "Konqueror" entry (activated by default), nothing happens. The output of ps says that Konqueror has been launched with the command line argument "file:///home/smajewsky/application/x-webarchive".

However, when a Konqueror instance (which I have launched from a terminal) is already open, a new page in this instance appears, with the address bar reading "file:///home/smajewsky/application/x-webarchive". (I have the "Show as tab in Konqueror when called externally" option enabled.)
