Just a minor comment regarding relevance and its display.

I'm not so sure that emblems are the right way to convey relevance (or 
almost any kind of) information in this context. While I think using 
opacity (or saturation) is a very clever means to get additional 
information across, especially in such a confined space as the grid 
layout available in krunner, the emblem seems to be too dimmish. Also 
using rather abstract symbols doesn't help, in my opinion.

We should try to display additional information not simply be adding it 
to what is already displayed. This makes the interface bloated. We 
should rather try to convey additional information by changing the way 
the already displayed information is presented. As I said, using 
opacity or saturation are viable means; they don't add anything, yet 
make the interface more information-rich. Another possibility would be 
to reuse your penchant for spotlights and strongly highlight relevant 
matches and dimming less relevant ones.
