An alternate solution would be to have HiColor inherit KDEClassic, but 
there is no way to know that it is the KDE "index.theme" that is 
installed.  So, adding:

	Inherits=kdeclassic

to the "index.theme" in HiColor is a partial workaround but not really a 
solution.  A bug fix will need the Icon Loader to do this.
