bug #163229: %U in .desktop prevents kickoff search to find

As you can see looking for Okular in kickoff's search line the app is not
found.
It actually doesn't depend on the %U, however i prepared this patch to solve
the problem.
I deeply analyzed the issue so for any question just ask.
