shutdown dialogs and argb visuals

found the problem,
in the effect plugin kwin tries to match some data (it's called windowClass) 
to decide if activate it or not the effect
if i contruct a kapplication in the usual way that property will be "ksmserver 
ksmserver" if i use the contructor with visuals and colormap that property 
becames "qt-subapplication ksmserver"
don't know if there is a way to make it called ksmserver again, maybe wilk ask 
seli if there is a way or if i can change the match in the kwin effect
