Now that we have a translucentbackground for plasma themes it would be nice if users can choose which background they want for each folderview.
If we would add a third background type like 'transparentbackground.svg' to plasma themes the user would have the choice to use
- normal background
- translucent background
- transparent background

With a completly transparent background users can get the 'old' desktop feeling again without using folderview as a containment but placing them where ever and as much as they like.
The default one could be the translucent one like it is already.
