The Pidgin icon is not a KDE bug, Pidgin specified that systray icon minimum size is 48x48, but our systray sets sizes to 22x22, and the systray spec says apps are to cope with whatever size they get.

$ xwininfo -tree | grep pidgin
[click on Plasma now]
           0xc0001e "Pidgin": ("pidgin" "Pidgin")  48x48+0+0  +1238+936
$ xprop -id 0xc0001e | grep minimum
                program specified minimum size: 48 by 48

Unless somebody can confirm a case where the app does not specify such size constraints, this is INVALID.
