It should be possible to change icon size in Kickoff menu. Right now there are only huge icons, which looks nice, but not very usable when you have lot of them at the small area of kickoff. Besides we all know that scrolling is evil;). Therefore users should be able to change icon size in kickoff to any size suitable for them. I also believe we should use smaller icons by default.
