[PATCH] Hex support for calculator runner

The Patch applies to: 
kdebase/workspace/plasma/runners/calculator/calculatorrunner.cpp
kdebase/workspace/plasma/runners/calculator/calculatorrunner.h

The Patch add support for hex numbers in the calculator runner.
All Hex numbers have to be wirtten with '0x'  and if the result should be converted to hex one have to write hex=expression.
ex. hex=0x30*4 =>0xC0

This is my first patch ever, so the code may not be perfect.
